All Ready-To-Ship items are dispatched within a business week of a placed order, on average between 2-4 days. Express shipping is available and dispatched within a business day.

This excludes all Made-To-Order pieces, Customs, and Pre-Orders. All MTO's are marked as such and have a 2-3 week processing time.

I appreciate your understanding that behind muddied hands lies one set of hands, one artist and human being. Occasionally these time frames are altered due to my workload. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to reach out.

Due to the nature of handcrafted & fine jewellery, I am unable to accept returns.

Please ensure you have the correct ring size and always feel free to message me any questions you may have in regards to a specific piece.

 

I take care to test all pieces for quality assurance. It's important to me that I create jewellery that can live many lifetimes.

In the event that there are structural issues within 6 months of your order and it is clearly a quality fault, I will happily repair the piece or exchange where possible.

Any piece damaged through other means or after the 6 month warranty, if repairable, will be the cost of labor. Please get in touch if you need a repair.
