Refund policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted & fine jewellery, I am unable to accept returns.

Please ensure you have the correct ring size and always feel free to message me any questions you may have in regards to a specific piece.

In the event that there are structural issues within 6 months of your order and it is clearly a quality fault, I will happily repair the piece or exchange where possible.

In the event that there is a structural issue, the steps to repair or exchange are as follows:

  1. Send an email notifying me of the damage - including a photo will help me get an idea of the damage and repair needed
  2. I will then provide the return address, where you can ship the piece to begin repair
  3. Upon receiving the piece, I will begin repair. Depending on my workload and the repair in question, return time frames vary from 2-4 weeks. 

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the return whereas I will cover the cost of shipping back to you, after the repair
